What is vein removal?

Vein removal allows the team at Vermont Med Spa in Los Angeles to remove unsightly facial leg veins without cosmetic surgery. Using the Vasculaze laser system, we can treat a variety of facial and leg vein issues with a diode laser that is targeted to treat the blood vessel causing the blemish. Treatments can be performed on the face, décolleté, arms, upper thighs, back of thighs, and the lower legs.

What are spider veins?

Spider veins are small dilated blood vessels that occur close to the skin, and are usually found near the nostrils, on the tip of the nose, in front of the ears, and sometimes on the cheeks. But they can develop anywhere on the body. They are not the same as varicose veins, which are bigger blue veins that protrude from the skin and are mainly seen on the legs.

As we age and our skin loses volume, the skin becomes more translucent and spider veins become more evident. Genetics can play a role and sun damage can exacerbate the condition. They are usually easy to camouflage, but sometimes we just want to be rid of them once and for all. That’s where Vasculaze comes in.
