In order to provide the best possible outcomes for patients, Silva and Rodriguez pay close attention to each patient’s inclinations in order to better align their vision with the results each patient wishes to obtain. ALICE works closely with the patients and is the primary patient coordinator for all services provided by Dr. El Asmar. Alice loves working with patients and is an excellent resource for answers to your questions. She knows all her patients well. With her passion for Smartlipo health and beauty, and skincare. Alice is also the practice marketer. loves having the opportunity to help people on a daily basis. In her role at Smartlipo At Vermont Med Spa, she enjoys watching patients transform their outward appearance and the impact that has on their individual self-confidence. Alice has specialized in cosmetic and plastic surgery for more than twenty years. As Practice Manager Marketing and SMARTLIPO COORDINATOR CONSULTANT for VERMONT MEDSPA, she oversees all of the practice operations and is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient. As a 20-year veteran of the medical industry including Smartlipo, Alice understands the complex emotions patients have before a procedure. She makes sure all of her patients have an open channel of communication and the opportunity to ask any and all questions they may have. Her goal is to make sure that every patient is excited about their procedure. For Alice, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the transformation through her patients’ eyes.
